GREETINGS by Peter Tigler, a Santa Monica-based artist, "collaborated with attendees of the 37th annual La Quinta Arts Festival in March 2019 to create this winsome color-by-the-numbers mural. He invited participants of all ages and skill levels to add their finger-painted marks to a montage of images depicting bright and welcoming Greater Palm Springs," according to the placard with this installation near the Palm Springs Art Museum.
